Our printed CD & DVD service offers a low cost packaging solution for your marketing material. Custom printed CD wallets can be litho or digital printed and supplied on their own, or can be provided with full colour printed CDs or DVDs inserted.
Whether you’re seeking a minimalistic design or something more detailed to include your company logo, product images and text information, our printing machinery can create a quality polished product with spot uv and other lamination options.
From standard size CD wallets to double wallets, tube pockets and thumb pockets, we can offer bespoke sizes and finishes to suit your requirements.
Lead-time for printed CDs & DVDs depends on the number of versions, total quantity, and if you would like a special finish on them. Please try to allow 2-5 days in most cases, but anything outside of this please highlight from the outset and we will do our best to meet your deadlines.
CD & DVD covers are printed onto 300gsm, 400gsm or 450gsm card.
We offer a custom service and can print your CDs / DVDs any size or shape you require. Please specify your requirements when requesting a quote.
Adding lamination to your CD/DVDcovers will enhance their durability and protection as well as giving a professional finish. Lamination is available in matt or gloss.
Soft touch lamination will give your CDs and DVDs an extra luxurious feel. The touch feels silky, velvety and smooth and provides a lasting impression.
All of our materials are from sustainable sources, eco friendly and recycled materials are encouraged where possible.
Spot UV printing applies a thin layer of UV gloss on top of the card in selected areas. It adds a contrasting shiny, smooth surface to subtly highlight certain parts of the design.
*Same day and express service is available on certain products at an added cost. Please mention this from the outset if required and speak to a member of staff.
We offer a print management service where we can print large volumes, deliver a part supply to you, hold stock on site, and the balance to be delivered on call-off. Get in touch for further information.

If you order in bulk, you will benefit from a better unit rate.
Some jobs are cheaper when they repeat for certain reasons.

This will vary for many reasons, it will be discussed prior to the order taking place.
Every job will be looked at individually and an agreement made from both parties, to ensure the best outcome.
You don’t have to provide finished artwork for us to handle your print work. Our modern, well-equipped design studio – and experienced creative designers – can produce professional artwork for you.
