Continuous stationery is printed onto a long strip of paper that’s often zigzag folded and pierced with holes so it can easily be separated into sheets. This is a perfect option for repeating forms, invoices, statements, delivery notes or printing Sage® templates.
When ordering continuous stationery it’s important to consider how many parts you’ll need for each document. For example, the top copy, which is usually white, will most likely go to the customer. The second and third copies, which are usually printed onto different coloured papers, could be filed into a customer folder or with your accounts. To be environmentally conscious, only order what you think you might need to save throwing away the bottom sheet which is an unnecessary expense.
