If you are sending out sales and marketing material, folders help to keep everything well organised and easy for the customer to access. Branded folders printed in a design of your choice helps to set the tone for the material that is stored inside it.
We offer various options for custom presentation folders in landscape and portrait such as pocket, tri-fold, gatefold, belly bands and tuck tab. In addition, you can also opt for additional pockets or slits for business card storage.
We can print onto A5, A4 and A3 folders, however if you require a custom size get in touch with our team and we will be happy to help.
Lead-time for custom presentation folders depends on the number of versions, total quantity, and if you would like a special finish on them. Please try to allow 2-5 days in most cases, but anything outside of this please highlight from the outset and we will do our best to meet your deadlines.
Our custom printed folders are available on 300gsm, 350gsm, 400gsm and 450gsm card.
Standard size is A4 or A3, but we can print any size with any type of fold you require.
Adding lamination to your presentation folders will enhance their durability and protection as well as giving a professional finish. Lamination is available in matt or gloss.
Soft touch lamination will give your personalised folders an extra luxurious feel. The touch feels silky, velvety and smooth and provides a lasting impression.
All of our materials are from sustainable sources, eco friendly and recycled materials are encouraged where possible.
Spot UV presentation folders have a thin layer of UV gloss applied on top of the card in selected areas. It adds a contrasting shiny, smooth surface to subtly highlight certain parts of the design.
Foil blocking offers a unique and memorable finish. During the process, foil is heat pressed onto mapped out parts of the print to give a metallic finish and highlight chosen parts of the print.

We offer a print management service where we can print large volumes, deliver a part supply to you, hold stock on site, and the balance to be delivered on call-off. Get in touch for further information.
